Step 1: Select your listing package and any additional services, complete the form and we will send you the listing agreement and required disclosures to electronically sign.
Step 2: We will schedule your home staging consultation with our designer, photos with our professional photographer, home measurement with our licensed appraiser to prepare your home for the market and order the yard sign and lockbox installation.
Step 3: If you ordered a Pre-home inspection, we will provide you with the contact info to our recommended home inspector so you can schedule the inspection. Once you receive the inspection report, we will also provide names of our recommended contractors so you can coordinate any necessary repairs to prepare your home for the market.
Step 4: We will schedule a call to speak with our listing specialist to discuss a pricing strategy.
Step 5: We will collect the $500 listing fee which pays for the home staging consultation, professional photos, measurements and sign and lockbox installation.
Step 6: Once your house is ready for the market, we will enter your listing in the MLS and begin showings.
